Daily Christian Affirmations for Women: Unlock Your God-Given Power

Ready to have your life completely transformed by speaking these daily Christian Affirmations for Women? This isn’t just an exercise; it’s an invitation to activate Heaven on your behalf. Say this daily Christian affirmation for women aloud for 21 days and witness a profound shift in your life.

Remember, the angels of God harken to the voice of His Word (Psalm 103:20). Jeremiah 1:12 says that God watches over His Word to perform it. Isaiah 55:11 assures us that God’s Word will not go forth void.

So today, dear friends, let’s open up the heavens by speaking forth God’s Word. Let’s activate Heaven on our behalf. Ready? Set. Go!

Speak This Aloud: My Daily Affirmation for Christian Women

First off: remember, whose you are!
You are a daughter of the MOST-HIGH-GOD (JEHOVAH)! You are in Sonship with JEHOVAH!

Romans 12:2 says: “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—His good, pleasing, and perfect will.”

I become transformed now by the renewing of my mind to THE LIVING WORD OF GOD! I now cleanse myself of all unrighteousness. My mind is now cleansed. My soul is now cleansed. My body is now cleansed. My conscience is now cleansed.

I have been given dominion. I have been put in a position of authority! I am here representing God. God has put me here to represent Him.
I forgive myself now of all unforgiveness, known and unknown. I am precious to Jesus, so I am precious to myself.

I am valuable to God! So I am valuable to myself.
Heavenly Father, right now by faith, I take my seat in Your throne room on Your right hand with Jesus. (Ephesians 2:6) I AM NOW SEATED!
I am now seated with JESUS, at the right hand of the FATHER! I am physically two places at once.

Transition into the armor of God…Ephesians 6:10: “Finally, be strong in the Lord and in His mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.”

I now stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around my waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with my feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, I now take up the shield of faith with which I can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. I take up the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God. All making me victorious in Christ.

Then, focus on Righteousness and Light.  Romans 3:24 says I am justified and redeemed: “But they are justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus.”

1 Corinthians 6:19: My body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who dwells in me. “Do you not know that you are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit lives in you!”
John 8:12: “When Jesus spoke again to the people, He said, “I am the Light of the world. Whoever follows Me will never walk in darkness, but will have the Light of Life.””
Everything that God does in the spirit realm is with our new spirit man and not the old man.

I full believe the Holy Spirit persuades me to do miracles, to heal the sick! HE will do it every time I choose to direct my intentions toward it for HIS glory. HE has commanded me to do it, and so I will!
Mark 16:15: “Go into all the world. Preach the good news of the gospel to every creature that the Kingdom of God is at hand. I lay hands on the sick, and they DO recover. I do cast out devils easily with just a word. I do speak with new tongues.”

I do obey the word that JESUS gave. (Matthew 7:12): “So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets.” I do daily to others what I would want them to do to me.
It’s no longer I who live, but CHRIST that lives within me.
I sit at the FATHER’S table with JESUS! I am royalty!
Christ hides my life, I fear no evil.
The same POWER that conquered the grave lives in me and has the same power now!
My words have power; when I speak, so I won’t waste them on petty, carnal things.
Carnal mind, I crucify you right now!
The New Spirit Man that is one with Holy Spirit in my lives! I walk in the Spirit now!

Next, Who JESUS is to Me:

    • HE IS THE GREAT I AM
    • He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life
    • He is the only way to the Father
    • He is the source of my strength
    • He has no rival
    • He has no equal
    • He is the Creator of all the earth
    • He is the Prince of Peace!
    • He is the King of Kings
    • He is the Bread of Life
    • He is the Lord of lords
    • He is ultimate truth!
    • He is and has authority over every angel!
    • I abide in Him and HE in me!
    • He is the King of Glory!
    • He is the One who set Free!
    • He is Lord of All!
    • He is the Door!
    • He is the Victorious One!
    • He is The Everlasting Father
    • He is the Lamb of God
    • He is the Mighty One
    • He is our Hope
    • He is the Redeemer
    • He is the Risen Lord!

More Daily Affirmations for Christian Women

Next, The Word of God says I am a son of God. So I am a son of God! (Say it 10 times) I am: satan’s master because my authority level supersedes his. He is just an angel. I am a son; Lucifer knows this is true.
    I am Man’s servant!
I have all of the things that GOD says I have:
    • Love
    • Peace
    • Kindness
    • Self-Control
    • Long-suffering
    • Life in ABUNDANCE
Thus, I have dominion and authority over everything that walks, crawls, and swims—meaning everything that lives except for other human spirits. This dominion is my Birth-right and my inheritance, and I receive it now!!
I can very easily cast a demon out with just one word.
    His truth resounds in me!
    His blood covers me!
I now put on the FULL ARMOR OF GOD!!
GOD’S WORD WILL NEVER RETURN VOID!

In closing, speak this.  Colossians 2:6: “So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in Him, rooted and built up in Him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.” I have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so I walk in HIM! I am established in the faith, being rooted and grounded in Him. I am abounding in thanksgiving.

Colossians 2:12: “Having been buried with Him in baptism, in which you were also raised with Him through your faith in the working of God, who raised Him from the dead.” I have been buried with Him in baptism, also raised with HIM through faith in the powerful working of God!

Colossians 2:14-15: “He canceled the record of the charges against us and took it away by nailing it to the cross. In this way, He disarmed the spiritual rulers and authorities. He shamed them publicly by His victory over them on the cross.” God has forgiven me all my trespasses by canceling the record of debt that stood against me with its legal demands. This He set aside, nailing it to the cross. He disarmed the rulers and authorities and PUT THEM TO AN OPEN SHAME, by triumphing over them in HIM!

Colossians 3:1-3: “Since, then, you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things. For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God.” I have been raised with CHRIST; therefore, I seek the things that are above where CHRIST is seated at the right hand of God. I set my mind on things above, not on the things that are on earth. For I have died, and my life is hidden with CHRIST in GOD!

Closing out – our Daily Affirmations for Christian Women

Jesus is Lord! Jesus is my Lord! Jesus is Lord over my children. Jesus is Lord of my marriage. Jesus is Lord over my health! Jesus is Lord over my finances. Jesus is Lord over my work. Jesus is Lord over my city! Jesus is Lord over my nation!
All the following statements are a reality in me NOW!

God’s Word is absolute truth (say it 5 times) Everything in the Bible is absolute truth. I am no longer a carnal, fallen human. I am a new creation (say it 5 times) All Authority in heaven and earth has been given unto me. It is my inheritance. Read Matthew 28:18-20 aloud: “Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”” I am a SON and I choose to receive my inheritance now!

I am reconciled to GOD by Christ Jesus. All things in me are of JEHOVAH GOD. I am the light of the world. Satan can no longer touch me. New things have replaced the old. All things are new! GOD made Christ to be sin for me. I am now dead to sin. I am righteous, and I am in-righteousness with GOD. There is no distance between us. WE are one spirit now! God sees me as perfect and sinless. Everything in the spirit realm sees me exactly as GOD sees me. I am the righteousness of GOD through Christ Jesus! I am a co-laborer with JESUS! Every. Single. Day. I am a worker with GOD! It is my job to set people free! God has commanded me to do it! I do simply what God has commanded me to do. God says I have the mind of Christ; therefore, I do. I now have the mind of Christ, wrapping this up,  (repeat it 5 times).
I have inherited the Kingdom of God, and everything in it is mine! I am now royalty! God calls me a king. I am a king. God calls me righteous. I am righteous. I am God’s temple! He chose to live in me! I am the church! God has ordained me! Jehovah has called me! Jesus is the King of kings and the Lord of lords. I live in God’s Kingdom. I live only by Kingdom principles. God has settled His Word in the spiritual realm as law! One drop of the BLOOD OF JESUS is enough to wipe the entire earth clean of sin and curses and sickness and pain! At the cross, JEHOVAH has given all power and authority to Jesus, which means Satan has absolutely zero power or authority over me! At last, if Satan tells you anything different than this, know that, he is lying!

Say, “I am no longer concerned about what my mind says; I only believe the Word of God.
Importantly to say, “(Insert your name), somebody out there needs me to be their hero today, consequently, go find them and set them FREE!!”

I abide in Jesus; His anointing and presence continually permeates and saturates me. Rivers of Living Water flow through my belly at all times and seasons. I am ready and able to be used Mightily by the Spirit of God!

  • Self-Care Wheel and Why You Need to Use It!

Self-Care Wheel and Why You Need to Use It!

Why Self-Care Isn’t Just Bubble Baths

Self care.  Specifically, the Self-Care Wheel, but who has time for that?  Let’s be real. We’re juggling a million things: careers, kids, relationships, that weird stain on the couch that we swear wasn’t there yesterday. Sometimes, we feel like we’re running on fumes, and “self-care” gets shoved to the bottom of the to-do list, right next to “organize the junk drawer.” But here’s the thing: you can’t pour from an empty cup, and that cup is looking mighty parched.  I have a fun framework to help us find self-care.  Ready?  Set?  Go!

Enter the glorious Self-Care Wheel. Think of it as your personal roadmap to not losing your marbles. Forget the idea that self-care is just face masks and spa days (though those are nice, let’s be honest). It’s about nourishing all aspects of your life.
So, what are these magical eight segments of the wheel? Let’s dive in, shall we?

    self-care-wheel-worksheet

The Wheel of Self-Care1. Physical Self-Care Wheel: Move It, Girl!

The first area of the Self-Care Wheel that comes to mind is our physical self.  This is about taking care of your amazing body. We’re talking sleep, nutrition, and exercise. You don’t have to run a marathon (unless you want to!), but moving your body in a way that feels good is crucial. As Dr. Christine Carter, a sociologist at UC Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Center, says, “Sleep is the single most effective thing we can do to reset our brain and body health each day.” So, ditch the late-night scrolling and get some Zzz’s!

    2. Emotional Self-Care Wheel: Feel All the Feels (Without Exploding)

This is about acknowledging and processing your emotions in a healthy way. Journaling, talking to a friend, or even just having a good cry (hello, rom-coms!) are all valid. As Brené Brown, a research professor at the University of Houston, reminds us, “Vulnerability is not winning or losing; it’s having the courage to show up and be seen when we have no control over the outcome.” 1 . Embrace those feels, ladies!  This area of the self-care may need the most quality time to address.

    3. Social Self-Care Wheel: Your Tribe is Your Vibe

Humans are social creatures, and we need connection. Make time for your friends and family, even if it’s just a quick coffee date. As Dr. Vivek Murthy, the U.S. Surgeon General, emphasizes, “Loneliness is far more than just a bad feeling—it harms both mental and physical health.”  So, call your bestie, plan a girls’ night, and reconnect!

    4. Spiritual Self-Care Wheel: Find Your InnerPeace

This isn’t necessarily about religion, but about finding meaning and purpose in your life. It could be meditation, spending time in nature, or volunteering. Whatever feeds your soul!  For me, it is spending time in God’s Word, worshipping Him, and praying.

    5. Intellectual Self-Care Wheel: Keep That Brain Buzzing

The Self-Care Wheel includes or soul.  Stimulate your mind! Read a book, learn a new skill, or listen to a podcast. Challenge yourself and keep those brain cells happy.  Or for me, it’s taking a break and watching a romantic comedy.  Either way, we win!

    6. Financial Self-Care Wheel: Money Moves (That Don’t Involve Impulse Buys)

This is about managing your finances responsibly and reducing stress. Create a budget, save for a rainy day, and maybe even treat yourself to that thing you’ve been eyeing (within reason, of course!).  This brings so much security to our lives!  Read more about it HERE.

    7. Environmental Self-Care Wheel: Your Space, Your Sanctuary

Create a space that makes you feel good. Declutter, add some plants, or light a candle. Your environment impacts your mood, so make it a happy place.  I love this area… it’s most likely my favorite on the wheel!

    8. Occupational Self-Care Wheel: Love What You Do (Or Find a Way To)

This is about finding satisfaction in your work. If you’re feeling burnt out, it might be time to reassess. Talk to your boss, explore new opportunities, or find ways to make your current job more fulfilling.

Why is this wheel important for us women, specifically?
Because we often put everyone else’s needs before our own. We’re the caregivers, the multitaskers, the superheroes. But even superheroes need to recharge! By focusing on all eight areas of the Self-Care Wheel, you’ll be more balanced, resilient, and ready to tackle whatever life throws your way.

  • The Ultimate Self-Care Arsenal: Your New Best Friends!

The Ultimate Self-Care Arsenal: Your New Best Friends!

The Ultimate Self-Care Arsenal: Your New Best Friends!

    Hey, lovely ladies! 🌟

Self-care helps us greatly in so many ways.  Let’s be real, we all deserve a little pampering. Whether you’re a busy mom, a boss babe, or just someone who loves to binge-watch Netflix in sweats (no judgment here!), I’ve got a lineup of tremendous treasures and lotions that will have you feeling like the queen you are. So grab your favorite beverage (it’s always coffee time), and let’s dive in!

    1. Self-Care Lume Bath wash: The Freshness You Didn’t Know You Needed

The ultimate all over self-care… First up, we have Lume Bath wash. Now, I know what you might be thinking: “Bath wash? Really?” But hear me out! This isn’t just any bath wash; it’s like a party for your skin! With Lume, you get to cleanse yourself while smelling like a delicious treat—think cookies or fresh flowers, not gym socks or taco meat.

And the best part? It’s pH balanced, which means you won’t feel like you’ve just walked through a desert after your shower. Trust me, your skin will thank you, and you’ll feel fresher than a daisy! Plus, you can strut around feeling like you just stepped out of a luxurious spa instead of your tiny bathroom.  Even the unmentionables smell wonderful. =)

Woman in bathtub washing her face.

And on those days that include yard work, hikes, hot-sticky rooms with no air movement (and no time to shower): I keep this little friend on hand… Lume deodorant.  It comes in small travel size bottles.  I keep the travel size containers close at hand.  Big bottles stay in my house.  We can’t go wrong with these!  I smell fresh for days.

    2. Pampered Nivea Firming Cream: Because Gravity Is Not Our Friend

Another great self-care remedy, next on the list is Nivea Firming Cream. Let’s face it, as we age, gravity becomes a real buzzkill. This cream is like a personal trainer for your skin, minus the sweat and awkward gym encounters. Packed with ingredients that actually work, it’ll help firm up all those areas.

    woman pouring lotion into hand

Just a little dab, and you’ll feel like you’re getting a mini lift without needing to book a flight or break the bank. So go ahead, slather it on and strut confidently like you own the place! (Bonus points if you do a little hair flip.)

    3. Self-Care – Castor Oil: For Lush Lashes That Could Stop Traffic

Self-care quickly is the name of this game.  Ladies, if you’re looking to take your lashes to the next level, let me introduce you to the wonder that is castor oil. Yep, that’s right! This treasure is not just for your grandma’s homemade remedies. Just a little swipe on your lashes before bed, and you’ll wake up with lashes so long and luscious they could make even the most famous Instagram models envious.

    Eyelashes

And let’s be honest, who doesn’t want to bat those lashes and get a little extra attention? Just remember to apply it sparingly—no one wants to accidentally give off a “spider legs” vibe!  I also rub the extra into areas of my body that are a little too “jello jiggly.”  The Castor Oil helps firm and tame stretch marks as well.  Bazinga!

    4. Self-Care Apple Cider Vinegar: The Bloating Buster

Lastly edible self-care, let’s talk about the sometimes-awkward topic of bloating. If you’re like me, you sometimes feel like a balloon after a heavy meal. Enter apple cider vinegar, your new best friend in the battle against bloat!

    apple cider vinegar for bloating

A splash in your water (preferably not straight from the bottle unless you enjoy the taste of vinegar—bless your soul if you do) can help you feel lighter and more comfortable. I fill up a glass of water about half way full, add a splash of Apple Cider Vinegar, and add a few drops of Young Living’s  Vitality Lemon Essential Oil.  It helps it taste better.  The lemon is great for the kidney’s.  Winner!  Winner!

     Product Wrap-Up

So there you have it—your self-care arsenal ready to tackle whatever life throws at you. With Lume Bath wash for freshness, Nivea Firming Cream for a little lift, castor oil for those jaw-dropping lashes, and apple cider vinegar to keep the bloat at bay, you’re all set to conquer the world!

Now go on, treat yourself, and remember: self-care isn’t selfish; it’s essential. You deserve it, darling! 💖

How to Cultivate Resilience: 5 Tips for Emotional Strength in Women

Hey there, fabulous ladies of the internet! If you’re here, you’re probably juggling a hundred different things, battling life’s curveballs, and somehow still managing to look fierce while doing it. Kudos to you! But let’s be honest—sometimes it feels like the universe is out to get us. Whether it’s the boss who thinks you’re a superhero, the endless to-do lists, or that unruly hair that just won’t cooperate, life can throw a lot at us. So, how do we keep our cool and stay resilient when everything feels like it’s spiraling out of control?

Well, buckle up, because we’re diving into the art of cultivating resilience. Spoiler alert: it doesn’t involve any weird rituals or eating kale (unless you actually enjoy kale, in which case, carry on). Here are five down-to-earth tips to help you build emotional strength and keep your head high.

    1. Embrace Your Inner Diva: Self-Care Is Not Selfish

Let’s set the record straight: self-care is not a luxury; it’s a necessity. Yet, how often do we ignore our own needs while trying to juggle everything else? It’s like trying to bake a cake without flour and then wondering why it’s a disaster.

Tip 1: Schedule regular “me time” into your calendar. This isn’t just about spa days or Netflix marathons (though those are wonderful). It can be as simple as reading a book, going for a walk, or enjoying a cup of coffee in peace. It’s about finding moments to recharge and connect with yourself.  See these posts for more ideas: Favorite Sleep Routine and 5 Products That Ease Anxiety.

Imagine you’re a smartphone. If you run out of battery, you stop functioning. Same goes for you! Regular self-care helps you stay charged and ready to tackle life’s challenges with the vigor of a caffeinated squirrel.

    2. Master the Art of Saying “No” Without Guilt

Ever found yourself overloaded because you just couldn’t say no? We get it; it feels like you’re letting people down, but let’s be real: spreading yourself too thin isn’t helping anyone.

Tip 2: Practice the art of saying “no” gracefully. You don’t need to explain yourself or come up with elaborate excuses. A simple, “I’m afraid I can’t commit to that right now” will do wonders. It’s like cleaning out your closet—sometimes you need to let go of things that don’t fit or are taking up too much space.

Remember, saying no isn’t about being unhelpful; it’s about prioritizing your well-being. Plus, every time you say no, you’re basically giving yourself a high-five. “Way to go, me! I’m not overcommitting today!”

    3. Surround Yourself with Your Cheer Squad

No woman is an island, and even the fiercest queens need their court. Surrounding yourself with supportive people can make a world of difference.  I pray Women Encouragement can be part of your squad.

Tip 3: Cultivate a network of friends who lift you up. These are the people who believe in your dreams, make you laugh until you snort, and are there for you when life gets tough. They’re like your personal fan club, minus the embarrassing merchandise.

If your current circle isn’t quite cutting it, don’t be afraid to seek out new connections. Whether it’s through hobbies, social groups, or just striking up conversations with the friendly barista, building a network of positive influences can be a game-changer. After all, we all need a little help from our friends, even if it’s just to remind us that we’re not actually crazy for binge-watching an entire season of reality TV.

    4. Develop a Sense of Humor About Life’s Curveballs

If life hands you lemons, make lemonade—or, even better, lemon meringue pie. The point is, finding humor in tough situations can be incredibly powerful. It’s like having a secret superpower that makes everything a bit more bearable.

Tip 4: Learn to laugh at the little things. Stuck in traffic? Imagine your car is an oversized spaceship. Missed an important deadline? Picture yourself as a superhero who’s just been sidetracked on a crucial mission. Humor can help shift your perspective and make challenges feel less daunting.

Plus, let’s face it: laughing at your own misfortunes is way more fun than wallowing in them. And if you can make others laugh along with you, even better! You’ll be known as the person who can turn a Monday morning into a comedy show, and who doesn’t need that in their life?

    5. Embrace Growth Through Challenges

We’ve all had those moments when life feels like it’s coming at us like a freight train. But guess what? Challenges are like the universe’s way of giving us a little nudge to grow.

Tip 5: View challenges as opportunities for growth. Each obstacle is a chance to learn more about yourself and become stronger. Whether it’s dealing with a difficult project at work or navigating personal hurdles, remember that these experiences are shaping you into the amazing woman you’re meant to be.

When you approach challenges with this mindset, they become less about surviving and more about thriving. It’s like upgrading from a tricycle to a sleek sports car—suddenly, you’re cruising through life with confidence and style.

The book Daring Greatly by Brenee Brown may help you in this area!

    Conclusion

Cultivating resilience isn’t about being invincible; it’s about learning to bounce back and keep moving forward despite the bumps along the road. By embracing self-care, mastering the art of saying no, surrounding yourself with supportive people, finding humor in life’s mishaps, and viewing challenges as growth opportunities, you’ll build emotional strength and resilience like a pro.

So next time life throws a curveball, remember these tips and handle it like the empowered, resilient woman you are. And don’t forget to give yourself credit for every little victory along the way. Because let’s face it: you’re already doing an amazing job, and the world needs more of your fabulousness. Keep shining, ladies!

Feel free to share this blog post with anyone who might need a boost in their resilience game, and remember: you’ve got this! 💪✨
